These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] (“we”, “us”) for using the BabyBound app and mybabybound.com. By using BabyBound, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

BabyBound provides general information about pregnancy and early parenthood. It isn’t medical advice and isn’t a substitute for care from your doctor, midwife, or pediatrician. Always contact a qualified professional about your health or your baby’s, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Your account

You must be at least [18] to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. If you invite a partner, they can see and add to your shared journey.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play and billed to your store account.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your content

What you add to BabyBound stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you and the partner you invite, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse BabyBound: no breaking the law, interfering with the service, accessing other people’s accounts, or uploading content you don’t have the right to share.

AI companion

The AI companion can make mistakes. Treat its answers as general information, not professional advice.

Ending your use

You can stop using BabyBound and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

BabyBound is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. [Liability cap and governing law, State of [STATE], to be completed.]

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
